Wyre Forest District Council Budget Proposals
20 December 2019Thank you to everyone who took part in the budget consultation we carried out earlier this year.
A summary of the consultation results is included in the Medium Term Financial Strategy Report 2020-23 considered by Cabinet on the Tuesday 17 December 2019.
The report includes details of all of the Cabinet’s budget proposals. They can be found in section 7 of the report on pages 34-36 of the Financial Strategy Booklet, or pages 46-48 of the Cabinet Agenda papers.
The specific proposals around council tax, localism and highways verges reflect what respondents to our survey have said.
The Medium Term Financial Strategy also constitutes the information that the council is required to provide to persons or representative bodies of persons subject to non-domestic rates, in accordance with section 65 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992.
