Brinton Park toilets are to be refurbished in time for the school summer holidays.

Both male and female loos will be out of service for around two weeks from Monday 14 June while improvement works are carried out by Wyre Forest District Council.

Temporary portable toilets will be available for park users while the work is carried out.

Cabinet member for Operational Services Councillor Rebecca Vale said: “The work will make sure the toilets are in tip top condition ready for the summer holidays.

“The park welcomes visitors throughout the year, but is particularly popular with families during the school holidays.”

The improvement works include installing new toilets, repainting cubicle doors and vanity units, re-grouting wall and floor tiling,  installing new lighting and conducting a full deep clean on completion.
