Wyre Forest District Council commissioned Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners to prepare an Employment Land Review for the District. This report assesses economic development needs objectively in line with the NPPF. It aims to give an understanding of both the current and future requirements for employment land.

Wyre Forest District Council and North Worcestershire Economic & Development Regeneration commissioned Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners with Lambert Smith Hampton to prepare an Employment Land Market Assessment of the former Lea Castle Hospital. The site is located to the north east of Kidderminster, in Wyre Forest District and is referred to as ‘Lea Castle Village’.
Retail and Commercial Leisure Needs Study 2016 (11MB)
Wyre Forest District Council commissioned Boyer Planning Ltd (Boyer) to prepare this new Retail and Commercial Leisure Study to consider the retail and leisure needs of the District and its main town centres (Kidderminster, Stourport-on-Severn and Bewdley) up to 2032.
